The title 'LelaSew' loosely means 'the other person'. It is a book about personalities and personhood. It covers contemporary societal issues of Ethiopia. Most of the major mental illness are incorporated in the story. It is written as a revealing reality of what we are and capable of.
Dr. Miheret Debebe is a professional psychiatrist. He spends half of his year in Ethiopian and the rest in the United State. His first book is ''Yetekolefebet kulef'', ''The Locked Key'' was a long novel about a change of mind. In his new novel, "e; ''Lela sew'' which is translates as ''Someone Else'', "e; it focuses on personal and social issues that examine psychology and personality. It also addresses mental health problems.
The book is not written in dry commentary but is full of characters and lives similar to ours. The reflections of their shows us who is inside and around as. He tells us that everyone is a different person with a hidden personality. As we read the book in our hands, may it be wise to read our sketches. The author wishes the reader good reading and deep reading for the reader.

The main character, himself a psychiatrist, fights to keep his family together while pursuing his life dream and first love. The story twists in unexpected way when everyone in the story marches towards their personal passion and their interests become irreconcilable.
